How to Custom Signage in Kexian?

1.Requirement confirmation:
Please send your inquiry through email or telephone to our sales. Our sales will communicate with you to understand your needs and requirements, including the design style, size, material, color, etc. of the signage. 2.Design and production plan determination:
After clarifying your needs, Kexian designer will  develop a design and production plan. This plan includes design drawings for identification, manufacturing process, material selection, etc. In the process of formulating the plan, consider factors such as the usage environment and budget of the identification, and make reasonable trade-offs and choices. When everything is confirmed, sales will create order links for you. You can arrange payment for the production. 

3.Design drawing production:
According to the design and production plan, designer will start the production of design drawings. Design drawings are an important basis for signage  production, as they can visually display the appearance and details of the logo. Use professional design software for drawing and ensure the accuracy and clarity of the drawings. Before production, customers will receive production files details to confirm again from sales.  Then the production will start. 

4.Material preparation:
After the design drawings are confirmed, factory will start to prepare the materials required for identification production. According to the requirements in the plan, select suitable materials such as plastic, metal, acrylic, etc. When selecting materials, we will consider factors such as the usage environment and durability of the signage, and ensure the quality and reliability of the materials. 

5.Production and processing:
Process and produce storefront signage according to the design plan and contract requirements. This includes processes such as cutting, bending, welding, and spraying and testing.  In Kexian, each illuminated signage will be tested at least 48 hours before packing.  During testing procedure, customers will receive pictures and video of the signage from sales to check the details. 

6.Packing and shipping
After testing, Kexian will arrange signage packing according to signage size and shipping way.  We have wooden box and cartoon box. Inside, each part of signage will be protected well by bubble. For shipping, sea shipping, air shipping and train shipping are available. 

7.Installation and debugging:
Each signage will be equipped with installation templates, screws, adhesive tape, and power supply according to installation requirements. Kexian will offer installation support in video or file to make sure the signage installation  in the designated location and debug it to ensure the best advertising effect.

8.Post maintenance:
Regularly inspect and maintain storefront advertisements to ensure their normal use and long-lasting effectiveness. Kexian will offer technical services all ways.
